Visionary Services Ai Ltd processes personal data as necessary to provide payment processing and related services, as outlined in service agreements.
4. Obligations of the Processor
Visionary Services Ai Ltd shall:
- Process data only on documented instructions from the controller.
- Ensure personnel handling data are committed to confidentiality.
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect data.
- Assist the controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests.
- Delete or return personal data upon termination of services.
5. Sub-Processors
Visionary Services Ai Ltd may engage sub-processors to assist in delivering services. A list of sub-processors is available upon request.
6. International Data Transfers
Visionary Services Ai Ltd ensures international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including implementing standard contractual clauses where necessary.
7. Audit Rights
The controller has the right to audit Visionary Services Ai Ltd's compliance with this DPA, subject to reasonable notice and confidentiality obligations.
8. Liability
Liabilities arising from breaches are governed by the main service agreement terms.
9. Governing Law
This DPA is governed by the laws applicable to the main service agreement between the parties.
